Can the Sun Enable you to Stop MS?



Over the last few years we have all been bombarded with messages about how exactly crucial it is to keep out of the sun. We slather on layers and layers of the greatest SPF sunscreens that we can purchase. We wear big floppy hats. We wear long sleeves and pant legs even in the warmest of heat. Of course, if it gets found in early stages, skin cancer is very treatable and can even be cured. This isn't true for MS.

So should you receive more sunshine to prevent MS from setting in? Talk to your physician to figure out if this is an excellent idea. Your health care provider will determine if you are vulnerable for the disease (and how much) by checking out your genetics, medical history and current health. From there your doctor can help you figure out the best ways to keep the disease at bay.
